NEW Coproductions:
CLUB DES TELEVISIONS LOCALES ET REGIONALES DE L'EUROREGION
This cooperation has been initiated in 2001 by France 3 Nord-Pas
de Calais Picardie, Télé Bruxelles, ATV-Anvers, No Télé-Tournai,
Télé Mons Borinage and TV Rijnmond-Rotterdam. It s objective is
to exchange programmes or news reports, to co-produce on common
topics and on a larger basis to build an information network between
all partners. The stations have signed a cooperation agreement and
engage themselves to follow strict guidelines f.e concerning transmission
rights or to meet three times a year.
A first programme has been co-produced in January 2002. The topic
was how to spend 100 Euros in each town. The concept was the same
for all producing stations : each town portrayed by a journalist
from another partner country.
There was a presentation of the cooperation during the copro workshops
at the CR conference in Kosice and the tv station of Kent may join
the network.
