NEW Coproductions: YOUNG EUROPEANS

Short description

This documentary program intends to show European children's everyday life within their different communities. Given that the programme is aimed at children, great care is taken to ensure that the programme style interests them and holds their attention with topics like school, home and television, weekends or festivals. The children are given the opportunity to express their ideas and emotions and talk freely about their personal lives. All events are carefully choosen to put children in the limelight and show them in action.

Example: Aina and Arcadi are two children who live in Sabadell, a city close to Barcelona. They talk about the important things in their daily life:what they do at school, what they watch on tv, etc.. By this way the children reveal important elements of Catalonia´s culture.

Duration of each episode - 15 - 20 minutes

More details on this project were given during the copro workshops at the CR conference in Kosice and excerpts of the programme were shown.
