Short Description

”Mediterranea, one night in...” is an annual programme coordinated by the CMCA - Mediterranean Centre for the Audiovisual Communication - in collaboration with RAI-RadioTelevisione Italiana and many other partners among the Radio - TV stations of the Euromediterranean area.

The first ”One night in...” took place in Arles ( France) in 1992. The topics change every year. 1996 was the year of the cultural heritage with very different kinds of cultural expression based on the ideas of peace and brotherhood, to be expressed through Art - music, dance, poetry and drama.

1998 was devoted to the young artists of Europe.

Latest Development

The concept of this successful event may be pursued in a similar project called „Yes To The Blue / Oui Med“.
